my initial visual arts..
are inspired by live reference and mostly creative thoughts.
Hand-sketched artworks created with pencils and pens, inspired by live references.

The sketches were produced using a grid reference approach for basic shape blocking, which helped align the boundaries and position of the subject/s. This was followed by scribbling and toning techniques, employing loose, overlapping circular patterns to build value, volume, and texture. The primary mediums used included a 2H pencil for planning the layout, a 4H pencil for scribbling, and an HB 0.5mm tubed pencil for lining and detailing with a short erase of the planned shape grid build and overlapping points.

These digital artworks were created using vector graphics software such as Inkscape and Adobe Illustrator, and were saved in a widely compatible format to facilitate viewing and editing across various vector applications. The process involved using live reference images, which were traced with the pen tool to define outlines, and then layered with coloured shapes to achieve detailed visual results.
